1 tsp. mustard

********Meat filled Crescent ring:
Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
one bunch of green onions, chopped
1 diced avocado
1 cup sour cream
salsa
Method:
Brown ground beef and follow taco seasoning directions on back of package.
Add the cheese and place aside for the time being.
Unroll the two packages of crescent roll.
On a cookie sheet, place the crescent roll wedges in a circle, wide side of wedge towards the middle, pointed end towards the outside.
Place the ground beef on the crescent rolls and wrap the pointed ends of the rolls around the meat mixture, so that it forms a ring.
Bake at 375 F for approximately 12 minutes.
When baked remove from oven and place on a large platter.
On the inside of the ring place lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and avocados.
Dollop sour cream and salsa over all.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.

How about a stirfry? You can use thin strips of beef or chicken, add whatever veggies you like, some teriyaki sauce, and serve over rice. You could even use frozen stirfry-mix veggies if you want to make it REALLY easy!
Another easy dinner is soup and salad. You can get little bread bowls and have chowder, or chili in them and a green salad on the side.
Sometimes I'll also buy the cheap, yummy rotisserie chickens from the grocery store. Just cut the meat off and have it to put in make-your-own burritos. Just get tortillas, and all the fixings you like (guacomole, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, salsa, etc.).
Take 2 large potatoes. Boil them until soft, drain water off, mash them with a fork and then add in a little butter, drop of milk and one egg. Mix all this together. Then add grated cheese, try to get a strong one then you wont need so much. You need to be able to taste it in the mixture.
Once you have mixed it all together, then put in an oven proof dish, make it nice and smooth on top and add some grated cheese on top and cook in the oven until the top is a light golden brown. You can serve this with cold meat. If you have more than one person, use more potatoes and you may need a little extra butter and milk.
This is called cheese and potato pie
how about an open face turkey sandwich with gravy on top and a good mashed potatoes.
or beef stew.
or groundbeef and tofu stir fry, you choose the vegetables. but I've seen it with peppers and a hotsauce.
korean short ribs. its sweet almost like teriyaki but not quite as sweet.
love. tonkatsu (pork, battered and fried). regular egg wash batter but use the panko break crumbs usually found in the asian food section.
meatball sandwiches.
pulled pork sandwiches, with good barbecues sauce. you could just use your favorite bottled sauce. put a little liquid smoke when you cook the pulled pork if making it in oven.
well a fast and easy dinner we like to have from time to time especially on hot summer nights is homemade hoggies. just buy all your favorite meats (sliced thinly) out of your local deli and get your favorite cheese too. also any thing like mustard or ranch dressing youd like to top your sandwhich off with and then we steam them in a pan of boiling hot water and they are just as delicious as ones youd buy out. hope that helps!
How about trying eastern dishes like noodles and sushi. you can be very creative with these two specially with noodles. there are lots of noodle recipes out there. you can go japanese, chinese, thai, filipino, vietnamese, korean, etc. almost all (eastern) asian countries have noodle recipes.
HOT GERMAN RICE SALAD
8 bacon strips
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped pimientos
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
3-1/2 cups hot cooked rice
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside. Add the sugar, vinegar, celery seed and pepper to drippings. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in pimientos, green pepper, onion, rice and bacon. Garnish with egg. Serve warm.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST RIBS EVER!
To bake: fill broiler pan half-full with water.
On the top section (the part with the slits in it) lay out your ribs. You may add a rub or sauce at this time or leave them plain.
Cover the pan with foil and fold edges under to seal in the steam as they cook. Place in oven at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove foil carefully as steam will be very hot.
Now all the grease is down in the bottom pan with the water and the ribs are completely cooked and tender. The last half hour add your favorite BBQ sauce. Place them under the broiler for a few minutes. Serve hot.
For grill: place ribs on grill and coat with favorite BBQ sauce. Grill on each side just a few minutes until crispy.
For broiler: add BBQ sauce and broil for a few minutes on each side. Watch closely because sugar in the BBQ sauce will burn quickly.
How about tuna casserole. I do not see that on your list. Ham Steaks and fried sweet potatoes or Cornish game hens and stuffing would be a nice change from chicken or turkey. Fried Shrimp, Salmon patties, stuffed Snapper if you have access to fresh seafood there is a whole other avenue you can pursue. I get tired of cooking the same things, my husband is not a picky eater, he is just not a culinary adventurer. Good Luck!
