Boneless Pork Chop Recipes Question And Answer
I have some boneless pork sirloin chops and two questions?
1. The chops have a *sell by* (not USE BY, SELL BY) date of yesterday. Will they still be o.k. for cooking tonight?
2. Using standard ingredients, what's a good recipe that won't taste like every other pork chop I cook LOL!

As long as they have been refrigerated they should be fine.
Why don't you slice them thin and stir fry with veggies and some sort of sauce teriyaki or sweet and sour. Add some rice and voila
the pork should still be good to use if you kept it cold enough--it will smell when you open the package--if it smells bad toss it--when in doubt-dont
marinate in soy sauce, sweet pickle juice / or simple syrup for 20-30 min. remove from marinade then grill-(George Foreman) works great--preheated or pan in grill-you can season to taste then add Tbls of Jelly or preserves before grilling--nice flavor and not dry..good luck
1. Yes cook tonight or freeze today.
2. a mixture of Progresso bread crumbs, fresh garlic, parmesean, fresh parsley squeeze of lemon juice over the top and bake. Roll the chops in the mixture and put in a baking dish with a bit of olive oil on the bottom. Since the meat is moist I just pack the bread crums down instead of using egg. I sometimes squeeze the lemon on the meat first & then roll in bread crums. bake at 350 for 45 min? It is the Italian way I grew up on and very good.

I got this recepie from my mother-in-law and it is great. You can adjust to however many you are feeding. For just me and my husband I use this amount.
Sear the pork chops then place in a casserole dish. Mix together a can of cream of corn, two beaten eggs and a cup of cracker crumbs. Pour over the chops and bake at 350 for about a hour or until it lightly browns on top. Doesn't sound very good but it is great.
EXTREMELY EASY PORK CHOP RECIPE!!
Preheat oven to 375 deg.
Cut a large onion into medium rings (slices)
Dip each pork chop into dijon mustard mixed w/ fresh garlic & 2 tsp. sugar
Then dip the chops into seasoned bread crumbs.
Place the chops onto a baking sheet, then arrange the onion rings on top of the chops. Bake for about 35 min., depending on thickness.
